Lane Keep Assist Explained

You'll find the Lane Keep Assist program in the Mazda i-ACTIVSENSE® suite, which features systems and programs to help keep you safe on every drive. The program is specifically designed to reduce any possibility of lane departure, which helps to minimize potential collisions. It does this when it detects that the vehicle is beginning to drift at any speed over 37 miles per hour.

This feature also helps by making small corrections with the steering to help guide your vehicle back to safety. Drivers can decide if they want the vehicle to respond early, proactively keeping you in the center of the lane, or late, which triggers only when the vehicle is just about to drift out of the lane.

i-ACTIVSENSE® Suite

The Lane Keep Assist program isn't the only safety feature you'll find in the Mazda i-ACTIVSENSE® suite. In addition to Lane Keep Assist is the Lane Departure Warning system, which gives you both sound and vibration alerts when you start to drift. It also comes with standout safety and driver assistance features like Mazda Radar Cruise Control, Smart Brake Support, and Blind Spot Monitoring.
