At North Shore Mazda, we are quite excited to see Mazda revel its all-new SUV crossover, the CX-4, at the upcoming Beijing Motor Show. Slated to debut on April 25th during the media preview, the CX-4 is a sporty crossover “designed to help customers live more creative lives.”

Though there are no technical specs out for the CX-4 just yet, it does bear a striking resemblance to the concept put forth by Mazda in Frankfurt, the Koeru, which wore a Mazda6-like front end and featured a large, heptagonal grill with light fixtures similar to those the CX-3 and the CX-5.
While we await the CX-4’s official debut, there is a little air of disappointment surrounding the announcement. As Automotive News reports, upon release, the CX-4 will be produced and sold exclusively in China, though Mazda does appear to be considering bringing its sporty SUV crossover to other markets in the future. For now, we will just have to wait and see about the CX-4. If you’re looking for a great vehicle that is reliable, stylish, and affordable, then you’re in great hands with a Mazda.
